Strawberry Basket Cake

Chocolate cake with chocolate filling and icing........YUM!  By far THE most popular flavor I get requests for.

The fresh strawberries that lined the inside and adorned the outside added sweet delight. Fondant daisies because I wanted to!

Yup, That Handbag is a Cake!!

I would carry this handbag just about anywhere!!  Then I would eat it......I think!

Vanilla cake with a Swiss meringue incing and Nutella filling, all covered in fondant textured to look like soft leather.  Gum paste details add to the realistic look.  

Anywho, I love making these 1 of a kind cakes!  Put yer orders in early!  I can hear the wallets zipping now :)

Spring Tea Pot

I have the best job in the WORLD!!  Besides making delightful and delicious cakes and treats for my customers, I get to teach cake decorating to some awesome people!

I chose this cake to be the Special Project Class for the month of April.  With spring and Easter here, I thought this Tea Pot would surely brighten anyone's day!

Fondant Cupcakes

You can make these beautiful cupcakes, too!! They were made for a lovely lady who was having a get together and wanted something fun and delicious on the table.

The calla lilies and daisies are part of the Wilton Cake Decorating Courses I teach, and the hibiscus was a happy accident!

Anywho, the reviews were great.  Mission accomplished :)
